Fee Scales, Payment Terms, Surcharges & Credit Card Acceptance

Almost all work done by ODA is divided between measurement time, involving one of the ODA instruments, and analysis time, not directly involving those instruments. To incorporate the costs of obtaining and maintaining these instruments, a higher rate is charged for measurement time.

As of 1/1/2021, the rates are:

Spectrophotometer/ Spectrofluorometer Time:	Microtopographer Time:	Analysis & Consulting Time:
$220/hour	$220 setup for each set of nominally identical samples and $25/point	$200/hour

for Net 10 terms.

• Terms between Net 10 and Net 30 will incur a 10% surcharge.
• Terms longer than Net 30 are not accepted.
• Payment is generally not expected before the customer has approved the data. Customers with a record of slow payment may be asked to pay in advance.
• ODA accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards at no extra charge.
